    Lockers


    • These are small 1m³ spaces, perfect for suitcases, boxes, files, or small personal items.
    • Recommended for students, travelers, and professionals who need to store documents securely.

    Standard storage units


    • They are ideal for home storage: storing furniture during a move, seasonal clothing, luggage, bicycles and sports equipment, boxes, or small furniture.
    • They are approximately 2.6 meters high, allowing for excellent use of vertical space.
    • Vehicle access is available near the storage unit in most units.


    Mini-warehouses


    • Ideal for businesses and self-employed individuals with large volumes of stock, tools, and bulky equipment.
    • These are the most suitable size for temporary storage during renovations. They are larger than a standard storage unit.
    • Vehicle access is available to the mini-warehouse door.

    Workshops


    • It's a practical solution for professionals, freelancers, and companies that need a workspace.
    • Renting these spaces reduces costs compared to a traditional office.
    • It allows you to have a place ready to work, receive clients, or manage your business more comfortably.

    How to rent a storage unit?


    You can easily rent your storage unit through our website (click here) or, if you prefer, with the help of our advisors in our office. Our team will be happy to guide you in finding the space that best suits your needs and answer any questions you may have during the process.


    How do I locate my storage unit?


    Location of storage rooms by floor:


    Floor 0


    • Storage units numbered from 001 to 152.
    • Storage units numbered from 01A to 25A.
    • Lockers.

    Floor 1


    • Storage units numbered from 153 to 424.
    • Storage units numbered from 100A to 140A.

    Is there a minimum stay?


    Yes, the minimum stay is 15 days.


    Can I change storage units if I need more or less space?


    Yes. You can change to a storage unit at any time, subject to availability. To change your storage unit, you must notify our offices either in person or by phone, WhatsApp, or email.


    How do I cancel my contract?


    You must give 10 days' notice at our offices or by phone, email, or WhatsApp. You will be responsible for emptying the storage unit and leaving it in good condition.





  • Prices, payments and insurance

    What is the price of the storage unit?


    • The price of the storage unit depends on the square meters you rent.
    • The price includes multi-risk insurance and some additional services (please consult with our staff).


    What payment method is used?


    • Direct debit
    • Bank transfer
    • Bank card


    Are my belongings insured?


    • Yes. All contracts include multi-risk insurance up to €500/m2.
    • If you need more coverage, you can increase it (please consult our office).
  • Access and security

    When can I access my storage unit?


    • All types of storage units have 24/7 access.
    • A personal and non-transferable PIN code is required, which is provided by the customer at the time of signing the contract.

    What are the customer service hours?


    We provide personalized service during our office hours:


    Monday to Thursday from 08:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 17:00h.

    Friday from 08:00h to 15:00h.


    What security measures does the center have in place?


    • Personal access control: unlimited 24-hour access via personal code.
    • 24-hour video surveillance: surveillance system with cameras throughout our premises. We comply with GDPR.
    • Security alarm: security system connected to a central alarm monitoring station that alerts the police if necessary.
    • Storage units with individual padlock closures.

    Can I drive my vehicle right up to the door?


    • Easy door-to-door access.
    • No parking problems.
    • Direct access with your vehicle to the garage door depending on location.

  • Rules of use

    What can I save?


    Furniture, personal belongings, professional materials, files, boxes, seasonal clothing, tools, sports equipment, etc.


    What can't I save?


    Storing the following is expressly prohibited:


    1. Valuables or sensitive documents:

    • Identity documents and passports.
    • Cash.
    • Stocks, bonds or other securities.
    • Precious stones or jewelry.

    2. Perishable or biological products:

    • Perishable goods.
    • Improperly packaged food or beverages.
    • Animals (live or dead).
    • Plants.

    3. Hazardous or flammable substances:

    • Gases (under pressure or not).
    • Explosive or flammable substances.
    • Solvents, fuels, combustibles or similar.
    • Paints and oils.
    • Flours or similar products with a risk of combustion.

    4. Toxic, chemical or polluting materials:

    • Chemical or potentially hazardous products.
    • Toxic waste.
    • Asbestos.
    • Radioactive materials.
    • Biological agents.
    • Substances that emit fumes, foul odors, corrosive or toxic substances.

    5. Illegal or prohibited substances:

    • Goods whose possession is unlawful or have been obtained illegally.
    • Narcotics and psychotropic substances.

    6. Weapons and war materiel:

    • Weaponry.
    • War materiel.

    7. Materials with high technical risk:

    • Products with hazard levels 1, 2 or 3 according to the CEA catalog.
    • Products with a calorific value greater than 6 Mcal/kg.
    • Any material whose storage poses a danger to public health, the environment or warehouse personnel.

    8. Vehicles and battery-powered devices:

    • Vehicles.
    • Motor motorcycles.
    • Electric scooters.
    • Electric batteries.

    Receiving goods and packages


    From our downtown office, we offer goods and parcel reception. Please inquire at our offices.


    Do you have carts or equipment for moving merchandise?


    Yes, we have trolleys and handcarts to facilitate the transport of your merchandise, as well as forklifts.


    Shelving service


    We offer free bookshelves to our customers. Check availability.


    Do you offer moving services?


    We do not currently offer that service. However, we can recommend transport and moving companies that we work with.
